Deposit Policy: The Rose Rooms Med Spa Inc.
At The Rose Rooms Med Spa, we value your time and commitment to our services. To ensure a smooth booking process and to better serve all our clients, we have implemented the following deposit policy:

For Services Under $75:

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for any services booked.

For Services $75.00-$200.00

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for any services booked.

For Services Over $200.00​

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for any services booked.

Late Fee:
A $20 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time. This fee will be added to the total cost of your service.
Terms and Conditions:
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the service booked.
Deposits can be made either in person or over the phone. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the event of a cancellation without a 48-hour notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you arrive late for your appointment and the delay exceeds 10 minutes, a $20 late fee will be applied to your service.
We reserve the right to shorten the duration of your service or reschedule it in case of late arrival, and the deposit may be forfeited.
The deposit policy and late fee apply to all clients, regardless of membership status or previous visits.
By booking a service with The Rose Rooms Med Spa Inc., you agree to adhere to our deposit policy, including the late fee, and the terms and conditions outlined above.
